Sign up to manage your account and pay online

1. Go to https://pwp.cincwebaxis.com/
2. Register an account using your address.
3. You will receive a temporary password via email (be sure to check your Junk Folder).
4. Once logged in, click on Pay Assessments at the top of the page. You can make a one-time payment using the form at the top of the page or scroll down to schedule a Recurring Payment.
5. Pay using an eCheck ($1.99) or pay using VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover ($2.95 fee + 3%).
6. If you own multiple units in an Association managed by PW, go to My Profile once you have signed up, and then Register and Additional Property. You can add as many accounts as you like.

Free ACH Payment Option

There is no additional charge for ACH Bank Drafts. Fill out and return the Bank Draft Authorization Form with a voided check to sign up for recurring bank draft payments.
