Loud voices, noise (stereo, vehicles, musical instruments, pets), and other disturbances should be avoided at all times,
Especially between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00am. Often a noisy neighbor may simply be unaware of the disturbance they create, so a polite request is the best approach if you feel safe doing so.
For disturbances after 11 PM, please dial 911 to file a report with the Durham Police Department. Additionally, please report any chronic disturbances to Pindell-Wilson Management (paul@pwraleigh.com).
Bicycles, skateboards, children’s toys and so forth should not be left in the common areas or in the way of grounds maintenance. Basketball goals are not allowed.
Dog walkers are responsible for removing pet waste. When you take your dog for a walk, please bring bags to clean up after it. Durham Ordinance states that dog owners who do not clean-up after their animals can be fined $50-$150.
