A number of residents have expressed an interest in making improvements to their patio areas. Some have considered a screened-in porch, while others discussed a retractable awning. To date, Pindell-Wilson has not received a formal request for any such improvements, however the board is interested in working with interested homeowners to navigate the murky approval process. If you have the interest and resources to engage qualified contractors to improve your property, the board is interested in finding a way to move forward in compliance with our covenant.
