Trash Reminders.
Misuse of dumpster areas remains a costly problem. Please be advised that furniture disposal is NOT allowed, and our public waste company will not remove such items when left in the dumpster area, causing delayed trash pickups. If you see someone disposing of larger items, electronics, furniture, please take note and notify Pindell-Wilson. Special handling of improperly dumped materials adds to costs that impact all residents.
Recycling. Please see the list on the dumpster door for the Acceptable and Unacceptable Items for recycling. Do not recycle items in plastic bags. Pizza boxes are not recyclable. Always flatten boxes, and if the container is filled, please deposit your materials in one of the other recycling containers in our community.
