Our return to enforcement of parking rules has made it much easier for guests of Wynterfield II to find parking. In addition, space is now available for residents — especially those with disabilities — to park briefly off-street and safely retrieve their mail.
We continue to receive complaints about residents and guests who inconvenience neighbors by parking illegally (some persist despite being towed for such infractions). We urge our residents to be considerate of their neighbors, especially during the holiday season.
Residents and guests unable to find legal parking within Wynterfield II must park excess vehicles on public streets (Courtney Creek Blvd. or Contravest Parkway).
We remind landlords that it is your responsibility to ensure that your tenants understand and abide by our community’s regulations. Please ensure that each of your tenants has a current copy of the Rules & Regulations, available from Pindell-Wilson at www.bit.ly/wyn2rules
